Scheduling

The first step in producing a great video is all about careful planning and setting clear expectations. If you have specific recommendations or requests for the video shoot, please submit a detailed explanation to Rush Profiles at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.

Production Phase

With planning and strategy complete, it’s time to move on to the production phase! This is where we capture all the footage needed for your video.

To ensure a smooth shoot, the client or their representative should arrive at the location before the scheduled start time to prepare for the video shoot. They are also required to remain on site for the duration of the shoot.

Post Production

This phase focuses on reviewing all captured footage. To ensure the final product reflects your vision, we’ll send you a short editing form to gather your input and any specific details you’d like included.

Once we’ve received your completed form, your finalized video will be delivered within ten business days of the initial shoot.
